KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FL, Nov. 2, 2026 — NASA's new aerospace expo and air show, MAX POWER, runs this Friday through Sunday, Nov. 6-8, on and near Kennedy Space Center in Brevard County, the agency said in a media advisory released Oct. 30.

NASA says it'll display its X-59 quiet supersonic plane, while agency partners show off Moon rovers, spacecraft and more. The family-friendly public events open at 9 a.m. ET on Saturday, Nov. 7, and Sunday, Nov. 8. NASA calls the expo the culmination of its recent Inspiration Tour of aircraft flyovers.

Three parks, three tickets

According to NASA's MAX POWER page, the event is split into three "park experiences," and each one needs its own ticket:

  • Air Dot Show: flyovers and static aircraft displays by NASA, the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds and others. Gates open at 9 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, with the air show from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Parking is at the Shuttle Landing Facility.
  • UP.Summit: a technology expo with aircraft, drones, robots and autonomous vehicles, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday on Space Commerce Way, Merritt Island.
  • Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex: exhibits, NASA speakers and behind-the-gates tours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

NASA says ticketing is handled by outside collaborators, including Air Dot Show, Space Florida, UP.Summit, Delaware North and Purpose Entertainment, because the event relies on their funding rather than only NASA's budget. Shuttles will run between some venues for guests with a ticket to their next park, and schedules and maps are in the MAX POWER app.
